Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef (90% lean), ground turkey, or plant-based protein
- 2 small heads romaine lettuce
- 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup pickle chips
- 8–10 thick-cut bacon slices
- 2 medium avocados, sliced
Special Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Refrigerate until use.
- Cook bacon until crispy, set aside.
- Form meat into ½-inch thick patties. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat: beef (4-5 minutes per side, internal temperature 160°F), turkey (5-6 minutes per side, internal temperature 165°F). Rest patties for 3-5 minutes.
- Assemble bowl: Place lettuce in a bowl, top with cooked patty, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, bacon, and pickle chips.
- Drizzle special sauce over the assembled bowl just before serving.
