Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (90% lean), ground turkey, or plant-based protein
  • 2 small heads romaine lettuce
  • 1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup pickle chips
  • 810 thick-cut bacon slices
  • 2 medium avocados, sliced

Special Sauce:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, relish, mustard, vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth. Refrigerate until use.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, set aside.
  3. Form meat into ½-inch thick patties. Season generously with salt and pepper. Cook patties in a skillet over medium-high heat: beef (4-5 minutes per side, internal temperature 160°F), turkey (5-6 minutes per side, internal temperature 165°F). Rest patties for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Assemble bowl: Place lettuce in a bowl, top with cooked patty, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices, bacon, and pickle chips.
  5. Drizzle special sauce over the assembled bowl just before serving.
